26 Medals For Zone 4 @ Summer Games

10 Gold, 4 Silver, and 12 Bronze medals were picked up by Zone 4 athletes at the Saskatchewan Summer Games in Lloydminster August 3-9. Leading the way for our local zone was Yorkton's Nolan Johnstone, who returned home with four gold medals on the track (100, 200, 400, 4x100). Yorkton's Avery Westberg was the top female finisher from Zone 4, with three golds, specializing in longer distances (1500, 3000, Sprint Medley Relay). Esterhazy's Matthew Johnson and his bike won a pair of golds in Cycling and Mountain Biking. Other first place finishes went to both the Male and Female Sprint Distance Medley foursomes, and the Male Soccer Team. Here's a complete list of the Zone 4 Medal Winners:
