Mils Bats Return, Beat Moose Jaw 10-5

After scoring just 2 runs in 2 games against the Yorkton Cardinals, the Melville Millionaires returned to form with a 10-5 win over the visiting Moose Jaw Miller Express on Thursday night.

Matt Warr (pictured), led the way with a grand slam as part of a 6-run fourth inning. Josh Corriea led off the second inning with a solo home run, breaking an 0-for-8 skid he was in against the Cardinals.

The Millers actually out-hit the Mils 9-7 in a losing cause.

Melville's home again tonight and tomorrow to the league-leading Okotoks Dawgs.

The Yorkton Cardinals are home to Regina tonight (FRI), in Moose Jaw tomorrow, and home to Okotoks Sunday and Monday.
