"I've never seen anything like that, five walks and five runs in one game," says Mils' Coach Garnet Keller. "He won't swing at a bad pitch, he's very patient, and he is a great hitter so no, they don't want to give him anything to hit. But when we've got Brandon Morgan, Sean Gaughan, Matt Warr, Josh Corriea and Paul Lamantia hitting after him, we're happy to have him on base all the time."
The Mils' centrefielder leads his team at this point with 17 walks, stolen bases (11) and on-base percentage of .506. His .345 batting average is 3rd best on the team behind Matt Warr (.351) and Josh Corriea (.439).
He plays his college ball with the University of Houston Victoria Jaguars. Check out his numbers here.
