I think its something along the lines of: only players who are in college/university now can play in the league, as well as younger players such as grade 12. Anyone who has graduated from university is no longer eligible to play in the WMBL as it is a collegiate summer league.
Ya I believe there's an age restriction and it will be just a collegiate league. So some of the local guys who are late 20's on some teams won't be eligible.

Just listened to your interview with James Green and you mentioned that he can't return because of a rule change. What is this rule change???
