A story from our news department this week...
Some good news for the city of Melville, as work continues on the new Communiplex.
After a structural issue was discovered with the new building's raker beams, there were worries that completion of the facility could be delayed by as much as six months, however Mayor
Walter Streelasky says a satisfactory solution has been approved by council.
The work required by the revision will be paid for by Graham Construction, and Streelasky says the hope is that the building will now be completed by September 1st.
