Saturday's Action

Notre Dame 2 @ Yorkton 8
- Brent Struble had a goal and 4 assists, Robbie Ciolfi scored twice and added a helper, Craig Eisenhut had 1g-3a, and Davis Vandane opened the scoring with his first SJHL goal, as the Terriers coasted to their 4th straight win, 8-2 over the Hounds. Devin Peters made 26/28 saves to get the win.

Melville 2 @ Kindersley 6
- Lucas Froese gave Melville the early lead, but the Mils went on to struggle with goals against once again, and wrapped up their road swing 1-and-2, while surrending 20 goals over those 3 games. They also gave up 3 points to Kindersley in four games, and now sit 3 points back of the third place Klippers, and 2 behind fourth place Weyburn.

Dauphin 1 @ Swan Valley 3
- After giving up goals in bunches the night before, the Swan Valley Stampeders held Dauphin off the board until early in the third period. Tony Partridge, Clark Bycyznski and Connor Bowman (first MJ goal) did the scoring. Dylan Wells played for a second straight night, and stopped 40/41 shots! Stamps were out-shot 41-32 by the Kings. Everyone who's hot on the heels of Swan also picked up points on Saturday. OCN beat Neepawa in a shootout, while Portage lost in a shootout. The Stamps are 3 points up on OCN and Portage, and 4 up on Neepawa, and those teams have anywhere from 3-5 games in hand on Swan Valley.

Wpg Blues 7 @ Wayway 4
- Another missed opportunity, with Dauphin losing, and the Wolverines hosting a team with a worse record than them. Just 24 hours after holding Portage to one goal, they give up a touchdown to the Blues, and lose for the 5th time in their last 6 games. Ryan Duhaime had 2g-1a, and Brett Pinkerton and Dave Williams also found the net. The Wolverines remain 4 points back of Dauphin for fifth.
