Wolverines Win Second Straight

Ryan Duhaime notched a pair of goals, which were book ends to Wayway's 4 unanswered goals, as the Wolverines won their second consecutive game, 4-1 over the Swan Valley Stampeders.

Duhaime's 3rd of the season tied the game in the second, after Terrence Jorgenson opened the scoring for Swan Valley in early in the middle frame.

Matt Malenstyn scored the winner for Wayway on a 5-on-3, Brett Pinkerton added his first MJHL goal 1:01 later, and Duhaime salted it with a SH empty-netter.

Shots were 33-18 for Wayway.

While stats aren't available, because there was no online scoring out of Melville tonight, we do know the Millionaires fell 4-3 in regulation at home against Humboldt.

Melville's now getting set for their Fri/Sat dates with Yorkton.
