Selinger, Stamps Do It Again!

For a second straight night, the Swan Valley Stampeders had to come from behind to win on the road in a shootout.

The Steinbach Pistons stormed out to a 5-1 first period lead, but the Stamps notched two in the second and two more in the third to force OT and the SO. Carter Selinger, who played the hero on two occassions Friday night in Portage (see post below), scored the only goal of the shootout to give the Stampeders the 6-5 win, and now 4 of a possible 4 points on their road trip, which ends with arguably the toughest test, Sunday in Selkirk.

Chris Reimer scored 2 goals for the Stamps on Sunday, his 8th and 9th of the season.
