Yorkton Minor Baseball is proud to announce they have been chosen to be the host site for the Saskatchewan Baseball Association 2009 Bantam Selects tournament to be held August 7-9th at Jubilee Park. The Bantam Selects Tournament is for baseball players 14 years of age as of Jan.1/09. Sask Baseball holds this tournament every year with zones 1-8 competing against each other. Scouts will be in attendance to indentify potential players for team Saskatchewan. The Zone 4 coach for 2009 has not yet been determined. Any coach from Zone 4 interested in coaching this team should contact Zone 4 Govenor Evan Wasylyniuk.
