After tonight's matchup, the Yorkton Terriers and Nipawin Hawks will be done with eachother. It's the fourth and final meeting between the cross-conference rivals, and the Terriers have points in all 3 meetings so far with a pair of wins and a shootout loss... and in that shootout loss, Yorkton had a 4-0 lead in their own rink but wound up losing 6-5.
The Hawks are also a different team now. They ended November on a 6-game losing streak... but turned the page as they turned the calendar, winning 5-straight to start the month of December... their 5 wins were all by 2 goals or less, and the last 3 all came against opponents from the south. The return of Brent Ottmann to the Hawks has helped... the 20 year old has 5 points in 3 games since coming back from Germany where he tested the waters of pro hockey.
Pre Game Show starts at 7:20 tonight... puck drops at 7:30 on GX94.

Two games in a row with a lengthy delay? What's wrong with these rinks, Craig?
