Monday... Meh

Last week went so fast when Monday was a holiday. I think we should skip that dreadful day every week. Plus there's rarely any sports on Mondays which limits the amount of things to blog about or put on the radio sports.

Went to the Rider game yesterday... a little chilly but not bad. I thought Hamilton's Nick Setta knocked that 54-yarder through at the end of the game. He hammered it but pushed it just to the right. Thankfully our Luca Congi made a 55-yarder in the 2nd quarter, which wound up being the difference as he bounced it off the crossbar and over.

Once we get through Monday, things will get busy. PJHL game in Ochapowace Tuesday, MJHL in Swan Valley Wednesday, probably go with the YRHS football team to Regina for their playoff game Thursday, SJHL Yorkton @ Weyburn on Friday, and most likely a Provincial High School Football game in Preeceville on Saturday.

Tampa Bay Rays are in the World Series. Good for them. They stayed patient, built through the draft, and are now set up to have a dynasty if they can keep all their young talent happy and for relatively cheap money for the next few years.

I'll post the Terriers' Coach's Show later this morning. Here are some Sunday scores.
