It took a while for the Swan Valley Stampeders to get some offense going, but three third period goals led them to a 3-1 win over the OCN Blizzard on Saturday.
Connor Pennell, T.J. Fairall and Justin Valentino scored for the Stampeders, while Jayson Argue was named first star, stopping 31/32 shots in the Stampeder cage.
Swan Valley continues their three game home stand on Wednesday when they host the Dauphin Kings.
