Absolutely embarassing.

Sometimes you have to stick up for your team after numerous phantom calls and non calls...the ref shouldn't be deciding the game. The fans loved it, the players respect it. I don't see anything embarassing here.

Exactly..a few phantom calls led to that last call..oh well..melville can't be favoured the whole game..

I think what he did was great, however I think he got really lucky when he threw the sticks he just missed the Terrier player heading past the bench. If the sticks would have hit that player I think he would have gotten alot more than just 2 games. Good for him, He stuck up for his team when the ref decided who he thought should win. I think he deserved 5 games for that though just because of the situation. I really loved the blind man with the cane sweeping, thats gold jerry gold!

It was entertaining but Melville fans and coaches sure whine a lot about reffing. Every team gets their share of good and bad calls...there is no conspiracy against Melville. I think if you were to ask around the league, Melville gets maybe a little more than their share of calls.

Reffing in this league is terrible, except for maybe one or 2 refs
