Sources with the Yorkton Terriers and Ochapowace Jr 'B' Thunder have confirmed that 20-year-old Myles Cameron passed away early Wednesday morning in a single vehicle rollover, near his hometown of Duck Lake, SK.
Sources say Myles was the only fatality and was a passenger.
Cameron had played for both the Terriers and Thunder this season, and spent part of last year with the Battlefords North Stars.
My deepest sympathies to the Cameron family, and to the Terriers' and Ochapowace hockey organizations.
Sure puts it all in perspective, especially this time of year.

My condolences to the Cameron family, friends and the Terriers. Very sad to hear this tragic news
Deepest sympathies to the Cameron family and the Terrier Hockey Team. Our thoughts and prayers are with you!
Terrible news. R.I.P. Myles, good guy, unfortunate things happen to some of the best people.
Hey, sad to hear this. i remember playing street hockey with myles and his brother kirkland when they used to live on short pl in saskatoon when i was younger. rest in peace myles, he was always a good guy.
The Terriers have taken it on the chin with the passings of Cameron and Josh Campbell back in '02-'03. A sad reminder that none of us are invincible.
Well, one thing left for the Terriers to do.
Dedicate the season to Myles and bring the 'Ship back to Yorkton. (I'd also like to see them retire the 28, even if he has only been here a short while. Its the classy thing to do).
Such a tragic accident. My heart goes out to Myles family. May his soul rest in peace.
