Jayson Argue returned to the Swan Valley Stampeders' lineup, and never missed a beat, stopping 37/39 shots in a 4-2 win over the first place Portage Terriers.
Shelby Gray scored his 20th and 21st goals of the season, while Jeff Peel and Beau Taylor also scored, and Tony Partridge added two assists.
The win leaves the Stampeders one point out of first place, and snaps a four game losing skid.

In Melville, the Millionaires got down 3-0 after one period, but like they've done so many times this season, they erased that deficit and went on to win 4-3 in thrilling fashion over the Kindersley Klippers.
Brayden Metz scored Melville's first two goals, Lucas Froese tied it, and Cody Hanson potted the winner with 18 seconds left in regulation.
Zach Rakochy played the first period in goal for Melville, while newcomer Alex Sirard got the win, playing the final 40 minutes, stopping all 21 shots he faced.
The win leaves the Mils 3 points back of the third place Klippers, and back into a fourth place tie with Weyburn.
