Long Weekend/Week Off is done and it's back to work for this new dad.That first night in the hospital was probably the most frustration I've ever experienced, but she's a great kid and her sleeping is getting better already.
Baby and Mama are both doing great, and that's the main thing.
Grandparents are all excited, and a huge help. Carly's parents were here the whole first week, and stayed up with Bailey the whole first night after we came home. My whole family came up yesterday and my mom's staying for this week.
Also gotta say thanks to all the staff on the maternity ward at the Yorkton Hospital. Say what you want, but health professionals earn every penny they make, and probably deserve more than they get. Doctors and nurses were excellent.

As far as sports goes... look out your window. Not much going on this week with the rain.
Looking forward to the WMBL season starting this weekend... and the MJHL Draft on Sunday.
Still trying to catch up on things, and get home ASAP today! (So we'll keep it short)
Being a parent is awesome work... don't let anyone tell you different!
