I am a farm kid and know the importance of rain... and I understand the family farm back in Simpson, which had no rain since seeding ended May 28th, did get 1/2 an inch yesterday... so that's awesome. Let's have some summer now, with a little rain here and there.

I got a heck of a nice email from a very noteable MJHL coach who tells me he's not returning next season. Thanks to him this blog will break the news at no later than 8:30 this morning... check back for that.

It's passed 8:30 am Sk time - there are tons of rumors circulating, so it'll be nice when you confirm which coach is leaving and who'll be replacing him. Chances are, you'll have your blog updated long before the MJHL site!
