Baseball season's underway or just about to start for most age groups... and I'm hoping to get as many scores/schedules on the air and the blog as possible. The only one that's been faxed to me so far has been the Prairie Midget Baseball League "AAA" Schedule by the Yorkton R. Miller Cardinals. I'm coming across some other websites that take care of some of the other local teams... but if you're anywhere in the GX94 listening area, East Central Saskatchewan or Western Manitoba, feel free to fire us off a schedule, whether you're a coach and/or parent, or even a player.
Also, sometimes we do get schedules, but NOT the scores. It's nice when we promote the game the day of to have the score for first thing the next morning. And nothing's too small. We're local radio... so if you're the coach of your kid's Mosquito team, please get us a schedule!

Sticking with the local summer sports theme, the defending Champion Tier II Prairie Gold Lacrosse League Champion Yorkton Bulldogs kick off a new season this Saturday night at home against the Saskatoon Smash at 7:00.
