The Swan Valley Stampeders have signed Southwest Cougars' Coach Dwayne Kirkup to a 2-year deal to become the next coach of the Stamps in 2009-10, their 11th season in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League. The release will become official at 1:00 Manitoba time.
