WIN WEDNESDAY FOR MILS/TERRIERS

Millionaires 5 @ Kindersley 2

The Mils dressed only 10 forwards, and were led offensively by their two 17-year-olds. Allen Kilback had a goal and two assists, and TJ Reeve had one goal and an assist. Ian McNulty and Jesse Mireau had 1g-1a. Connor Bradshaw added his first as a Millionaire. Alex Wakaluk made 30/32 saves.

Terriers 3 @ Flin Flon 2 (OT)

Curtis Oliver had a goal and an assist, before the Norrish twins rounded out the scoring. Brady scored in the second period to make it 2-1 Terriers, and Chase potted the overtime winner.

Warren Shymko made 27/29 saves in the win.

After Wednesday's action, the Terriers improve to 25-19-2-2, good for 54 points. They're 3 points up on Melville for second place, and 5 ahead of Estevan. The Mils are 2 up on Estevan for 3rd. Yorkton and Estevan are now even in games played, while the Mils have 3 games in hand on both the Terriers and Bruins. All 3 teams are back in action Friday. Melville's in Melfort (on GX94), Yorkton's home to Kindersley, and Estevan welcomes Nipawin.

Injuries have been following the Mills all season, wait till they are all healthy, should have some good lines going.....great road trip for them.

Unfortunately they're running out of time to get healthy...and just as they do, someone else seems to get injured again. Just have to keep their fingers crosses that it all starts coming together in the next couple weeks.
