SJ Goalie of the Week: Zach Rakochy

(From http://www.sjhl.ca/)

The future looks promising in Melville when it comes to goaltending. The 1993 born goalie from Canora wrestled the starting job away from Kyle Jahraus earlier this year and he has been solid most nights for the Millionaires. Rakochy was in net for a pair of upset victories over Yorkton this past weekend. He stopped 64 of 68 shots in those two wins to capture the weekly honor.

Any trades to announce yet. Lots of rumours in the ville. Hanson to Yorkton, Metz to Melfort or Humboldt. I imagine you got a lot of blog hits yesterday and should get more the rest of the week as we wait to find out who has been traded

will Feez continue to use the "timely save" excuse (the kid has been hovering around .900 save percentage all year good for top 5 in the league)
