Hanson's Hatty Lifts Mils Over Hounds

Cody Hanson scored his third of the night, and 19th goal of the season in overtime, giving the Melville Millionaires a 4-3 (OT) win over the visiting Notre Dame Hounds on Tuesday.

For the second time in their last 3 games, the Mils watched three one-goal leads slip away, but this time, they made sure they got two points in the end, improving to .500 (14-14-0-2).

Roger Tagoona also scored, while Brayden Metz added 3 assists.

The Mils look to get over the .500 hump when they travel to Nipawin on Saturday.

17-year-old Jayson Argue picked up his 3rd shutout of the season, a 31 save performance in Swan Valley's 2-0 victory in Neepawa.

After a scoreless first period, a pair of defensemen gave the Stamps all the offense they needed.

Landon Peel scored in the second period, and also assited on Dylan Trowell's third period marker.

The Stamps are right back at it tonight, at home against OCN. Swan will be looking for their 5th straight win.

The Wayway Wolverines earned a hard-fought single point in Portage, erasing a 3-0 deficit before forcing overtime, where they lost 4-3 to the Terriers.
