Wednesday Recap: Terriers Win in OT

Zak Majkowski's 10th of the season 2:08 into overtime gave the Yorkton Terriers a 4-3 (OT) win in Kindersley.

Brent Struble scored twice for Yorkton, his 1st and 2nd of the year, while Brennan Tutt added his first as a Terrier.

Keon Vick had 2 assists, and Devin Peters made 37/40 saves.

Yorkton's in North Battleford tonight.

The Melville Millionaires surrendered 4 unanswered goals after tying the game 1-1, and lost 5-1 to the Mustangs in Melfort.

Lucas Froese scored the Mils' lone goal, as Melville was out-shot 37-21. Kyle Jahraus took the loss, stopping 32.

The Mils welcome the Estevan Bruins tomorrow (FRI) night.

The YRHS Raider Gridders saw their season end on Wednesday, with a 21-0 loss to the Notre Dame Hounds at Mosaic Stadium.

It was scoreless at the half.

Plenty of 9-Man Provincials this Saturday, including the Yorkton Sacred Heart Saints home to the Melville Cobras at 3:00.

I heard of issues between Mcdonnell and Breitkreuz caused Rylan to quit the team.
