Solid Road Effort Lifts Terriers Over Hawks

The Yorkton Terriers had four different goal scorers in a 4-2 win over Nipawin on Tuesday.

Justin Lamontagne opened the scoring with his 1st of the year. The Hawks scored two straight to take the lead, before Robbie Ciolfi scored his team-leading 12th of the year to tie it 2-2 after two.

Zak Majkowski scored the winner early in the third, and Brennan Tutt provided some late insurance.

Warren Shymko made 30 saves in the win.

Melville and Notre Dame were scoreless after two periods, but the Hounds scored three goals in the first 4:22 of the third, and won 3-0.

The Mils mustered just 18 shots on goal, while Zach Rakochy made 34 saves in the loss.

The Wayway Wolverines picked up a huge win on the road, knocking off the Portage Terriers 3-1.

Bobby Janzen, Brett Pinkerton and Ryan Duhaime did the scoring, while Brett Gagnon picked up the win in goal.

Hurt. Glad you asked so rumours don't start on here that Clarke Breitkreuz made him quit or something.

Clarkes a great guy, I dont believe any of that! Whatever the reason we need Rylan back in the lineup.
