Phone lines are tied up at the Gallagher Center, and lineups are HUGE... click on the above link to the Gallagher Centre website... it's really neat... you can select your seats, and see the view from those particular seats... price is $14.25, plus $2.00 to book online.

The ability to choose where you sit is awesome. Too bad Ticketmaster doesn't have something similar.
