Troy Smukowich is finding his stride at the right time with the Yorkton Terriers, leading all players in playoff scoring with 5g-3a-8p in seven games.
Smukowich was named SJHL Player of the Week after finding a home playing centre on the Terriers' top line, with Cody Zubko and Adam Moar.
Moar, and fellow Terrier Rylan McDonell were named runners-up.
Terrier D Clark Byczynski was named a runner-up for the defenseman honour (to Kindersley's Kurt Leedahl), and G Devin Peters got an honourable mention for the goalie award (Adam Bartko, LAR).

In the MJHL, Swan Valley's Myles Stevens, who also leads the league in playoff points (tied) was named a runner-up to Winkler's Nick Lazorko, who scored three overtime winners in as many nights, in leading the Flyers to a 6-game victory over the Selkirk Steelers in Round 1.
