Milestone's Minto Returns Home, Leads Mils to Win

Melville Millionaire rookie Landon Minto followed the script, scoring a goal in his hometown of Milestone as the Mils beat the Notre Dame Hounds 4-3 in a shootout in a neutral site game.

Minto's goal came early in the second period and tied the game at 1-1, after the Hounds had the lead through 20 minutes.

Matt Kinnunen and Justin Hollinger also scored second period goals, while Logan Herauf and Michael Desjarlais sniped in the shootout.

Zach Rakochy made 27/30 saves in goal for the Millionaires, who snap a mini 3-game slide, now with a record of 13-15-2 through 30 games.
