Daniel Hope, last year's Melville Millionaire captain, is finding huge success in his rookie season in the Canadian College ranks. The Kelvington kid's in his first campaign with the ACAC's Augustana Vikings, and is currently averaging an even two points per game. Hope is tied for the team lead with 10 goals, to go along with 12 assists and 22 points. Former Nipawin Hawk Torrie Dyck also has 10 goals, and leads the Vikings with 25 points. Hope and Dyck were teammates once before, with the SMAAAHL's Tisdale Trojans. Third in scoring for Augustana is former Humboldt Bronco & Notre Dame Hound defenseman Tanner Vandesype.Hope had a team-high 28g and 63p for the Mils in 55 games last season.
