Terriers Back to .500

Clarke Breitkreuz (pictured) didn't have a lot of down time, between landing in Regina from Okotoks, AB, where he took part in the World Jr 'A' Challenge Evaluation Camp, and suiting up for the Yorkton Terriers Wednesday night, but the travel wasn't a factor, as the 18-year-old scored twice to lead the Yorkton Terriers to a convincing 6-2 win over the Notre Dame Hounds.

Torey Stott added 3-assists, while Jordan Menke had a goal and an assist, giving that line a total of 3-goals and 7-points on the night.

Kevin Stringfellow and Clark Byczynski each had a goal and a helper, while Matt Chomyc potted his first SJHL goal. Chomyc was an assist shy of the Gordie Howe hat trick, as he added a 3rd period fight. Captain Cody Zubko also dropped the gloves and chipped in with a pair of apples.

The Terriers were out-shot 40-30, with Devin Peters making 38 saves in the win.
