MJHL Commissioner Comments on Crash

Thanks to my laptop I was able to call MJHL Commissioner Kim Davis right from the rink in Melville last night and record a conversation with him about the 2-car accident which injured 5 members of the Wayway Wolverines in the early hours of Wednesday morning after Tuesday's 3-2 win in Dauphin. I'll do my best to track down more details with Wolverines' Coach/GM Barry Butler this morning.

**Bruce Luebke of CKLQ radio in Brandon reports on his blog (www.luberslounge.blogspot.com) that the 5 injured players were Paul Marcoux, Zach Sweet, Cody Danychuk, Carey Dyck and Jordan Holovach. A car carrying Marcoux, Sweet, Danychuk and Dyck passed a car driven by Holovach and the car with the first four players mentioned was the one that rolled. The players have all been released from hospital with what is regarded as minor injuries (scrapes, bumps, bruises and cuts).

Here is one of Commissioner Davis' clips.
