Austin Krahenbil (right) of the Melville Millionaires was named Defenseman of the Week. The hometown Melville product's proving his selection to the Sherwood Confernce starting lineup at the All-Star Game last month was no fluke, as he put up 2-goals and 5-points in 3 games last week. Both the Mils and Terriers are 4-0 in February.
Swan Valley Stampeders' forward Myles Stevens (left) was named Player of the Week in the MJHL on Monday. Stevens had 5-points in an 8-3 win over Beausejour on Saturday, and in total, put up 9-points in 3-games this past week. The Stampeders are mathematically eliminated from playoff contention, but are eligible to bring back nine 20-year-olds next season, including Stevens.The Norway House, MB product leads the Stamps with 23-goals, 43-assists, 66-points, 10-poweplay goals, and 17-powerplay assists in 50 games.
