Justin Giesbrecht (above) has crossed the border. The Swan Valley Stampeders have traded the 20 year old defenseman to the Yorkton Terriers for future considerations. Giesbrecht was second in goals (11) and points (28) with the Stampeders this season.------------------------
The Terriers are also happy to announce 19 year old Nick Dietrich has joined the club. Dietrich has been injured for most of the season, limited to just eight games at the major junior level. Last year, he had a goal and three assists in 49-games. He dressed for fourteen games with Lethbridge in 2007-08 as well.
