Blizzard (16-10-3-2) @ Stamps (11-14-3-1)

- It's the Stampeders' first game in 9 days tonight as they host the OCN Blizzard, 7:30 at the Centennial Arena.

- OCN's been red-hot, they had a 6-game winning streak snapped with a 7-6 shootout loss to Portage on Saturday. However, they did take 3 of a possible 4 points against Portage over the weekend, are are 3-1-1 against the league-best Terriers this season. The Blizzard do have points in 7 straight games (6-0-1).

- These two teams have played eachother tight this season. The Stamps have had a slight upper hand in 4 meetings, going 2-1-1, while OCN's 2-2. The Stamps have out-scored the Blizz 12-10 on the season. The first 3 games were all one-goal games (4-3 OCN, 1-0 (OT) OCN, 4-3 SV), while the Stamps, thanks to Brad McDonald, won the last meeting 5-2 on the road back on November 5th. The rookie McDonald scored 4-goals on the night.

- The Stamps are 8 points out of a playoff spot in the Sherwood Division, but have a 6 point cushion FOR a playoff spot in the Addison. Their 26 points have them 8 back of Wayway for fourth, but 6 points better than Winnipeg South, the 4th place team in the Addison. If the season ended today the Stamps would cross over and play the Winnipeg Saints in round one.

7:20 Pre Game Show, 7:30 Play by Play on GX94. First intermission I'll likely chat with Stamps' rookie forward Ryan Marshall, who was recently named to the CJAHL Prospects Game roster for Team West.
